on search tab type bluetooth and check it on settings

start - control panel - recovery - and enroll to older recovery point when you can view pictures

Disable the hibernate mode and standby, uncheck hibernate on left, then sellect never on all three in power settings.

do you still have your battery working? if not, you may have a problem with the adapter. could be a partial contact from the main adapter or at the charging port on your laptop. use a tester and check for continuity on the adapter cable and also check the power output going into the laptop.

Is this laptop brand new? If it is new then it is still under warranty. I suggest you return it for repair or exchange because if you try to fix it you most likely void your warranty.
