My phone's current tone when ringing is high pitched an annoying. How can i change my ring tone? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh hell... you must be going nuts if its the ring tone I think you're stuck with. I loath the manual that comes with this system so here it is in English:

if you click on the lick there is an online manual from fixya, click on page 13, scroll down and you will be guided on how to change the ring tone.

TO CHANGE RING TONE
1. press PROG
2. press twice INTERCOM
3. you will see on LCD "Tone Type-01" if you dont like you can press ENTER to select the tone you prefer to set
4. press ENTER
5. EXIT
This phone is made to work on a Panasonic phone system. Are you connecting it to a Panasonic phone system or just a normal phone line?
If you do not have a Panasonic phone system I doubt this phone will do anything (just as you describe) If you do have a Panasonic system do you have other phones that start with KX-T7??? on the system and have you tried this phone in one of the ports another phone is currently working on?

The mentioned solution only works for Intercom calls. Outside calls still ring with the same tone. Anybody know how to change the ring tone for a outside line.
I also would like to change the ringtone for incoming calls from an outside line.
press the line 1 or line 2 buttons twice instead of intercom
Dear I have a problem If I have incoming calls the phone will not ring the light will be flashing only how can I change it to make the phone ringing
Internal call there is no problem at all the phone will rings.
