Denon AVR-1600 Power supply problem (115V)

Hi,
I have a Denon AVR-1600 which I bought off eBay. The problem is different to what was described, but in summary, there is no pwr getting through from the primary pwr supply board (small board) onto the rest of the system.
On the fuse itself, there is pwr on one side but not the other, so I figure it could be a transformer problem, however it could be something simpler than that. I am about to start removing component and test them individually, bit a I am hoping there may be a common problem that I should look into first before anything else.

Any idea would be appreciated.
Thanks
Also, as I am in Australia, Denon support isn't the best. As such, does anyone have a shematic of the small pwr supply board they may be willing to share?
Regards to all and thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks quang123. Unfortunately I have no lights or LED's when I switch pwr on, so I cannot tell you if there is a problem with the regulator etc.

    Are you able to split the file into smaller .zip o .rar files? I can be emailed on d o o m c h i l d @ o p t u s n e t d o t c o m d o t a u
    thanks

I have schematic in PDF file I convert to JPG still over 150KB I can not see properly with JPG format I do not know how to post it to you
Any way check in STBY PCB you must have 5.6V STBY that voltage supply to CPU or system control when you turn on the relay will switch AC line to the big transformer now if any thing wrong with the regulator or output or output drive it will shutdown automatic and the red LED will blinking indicated some thing wrong
Give me exactly location of the component in STBY PCB the small transformer TR?? C?? or R?? with voltage? connector number such as J ??
The service manual is about 20MB
Cheers

Denon AVR-4806CI won't turn on.

you must check first the fuse in the power supply which getting blown.if the fuse blown with darkened black color that was mean there are other component parts in the power supply or in the board which get bad. if you know how to test component, check shorted bridge type diode as will as regulator ic and FET transistor in the power supply board.

Denon Receiver AVR-1600

Seeing as you can't put an aerial outside, can you put one in the loft space, if you have one. You could use a standard FM aerial. It wouldn't be as good as mounting it outside, but it would give you better results then a wire.
