Business phone systems have one time setting for all telephones. It is s syatem programming feature and not something found in a user guide. Follow this link for information on changing the time on different PBX phone systems. http://www.tel-programmer.com/time_setting.html

From what I can tell, the time isn't set per-phone, but rather for the entire PBX. This manual describes how to set the clock: http://www.schweiss.net/downloads/ProgrammingManuals/Toshiba%20Strata%20CIX%20Programming%20Manual%20Volume%201%2010-02-06.pdf See page 344 (13-9) for details.

DKT-2020 Corded Phone (dkt2020sd): How do you change the display time on the DKT2020-...

Depending on the type of system you have powering the 2020,this should take care of it.
Leave the handset on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds – enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered,
press Redial,
press Speaker.
This must be done at extension 200 – usually the receptionist phone.
For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker

Change Time on LCD for Toshiba DKT2020

Hello:

I had the same problem Yesterday.

The way uoi change it, is you have to find the phone with the lowest extension, either 0, 10, 100, 200 etc....

Once you find that phone, leave the handset on the base.

Press Intercome, you should hear the speakerhone activate.

Press #,652

You will see it say ENTER TIME

It's on a 24 hour clock. HHMMSS Format, so it it is 2:05P.M., you would time 1405XX (XX means seconds, obviously not at critical as the touror minute.

Then press REDIAL to submit the change.

Toshiba DKT2010-SD Phone

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.
