Does the phone still turning on? and can you still receive phone calls and text msgs, cause simply the problem of your phone is the lcd, you'll just have to replace them

Mostly the blank lcd on 3250 dont need to change lcd.but the problem usually from emif IC(IC display).if you have an experience in phone hardware try to change it.But if you don't,take to service center because change IC display more cheaper than change lcd. so chek it up first.
According to your all information its problem with your display please repair your display or if your phone in warranty then rush to nokia service center and take a new display for it
