You have to re-install the software on your cell.

You should see the lock code when you use the softare.

If not, you might consider formatting your phone.

Switch it off, and : Pressing the following key at the same time: 3 * green button, switch it back on - the three keys must be pressed and held - then press the power button still holding the 3 keys.

You can see your default lock code in the booklet provided with your phone when you brought it. Just go through that booklet and search the lock code.. it may probably be 12345
