Question about Maytag Dishwashers
Just inside the dishwasher usually on the bottom right in the front is a mushroom shaped "float" lift it up and down a few times making sure it ends up in the down position. if you move it slowly you should hear some clicks. do that and try to run the dishwasher if that does not fix the issue then your going to have to get a meter and see if you have 120v to the fill valve when you start the dishwasher. if you have the 120v then replace the fill valve

Water goes to the floor from the float tube. Our kitchen floods 3 times a year. Thanks Maytag. From what I can tell they are a "brand house" now making thin margin by brand slapping the name on stuff.
