I have a hip street HS-3245 and I have USB cord connected to it and all it does is show Welcome and loading symbol. Don't what to do after this step. No openning screen just says loading. Do I need to have this reprogrammed. Or does this need a lithium battery. Any suggestions? Anyone?

SOURCE: No sound through ear phones

try reformatting the mp3 and if it does not work then take it in for repairs
