Your tablet could not have been set up with HER information. It is probably asking for yours as the parent, as that is what i used to install apps bought for the tablet. from Kurio. facebook passwords are case sensitive. example; "PASSWORD" is not the same as "password". remember you can always reset you password through your email.also if someone changed your password it sends a email notifying you or asking to allow the change i dont remember i changed mine once years ago

Hi.

If you dont remember the BIOS password, you may remove it by resetting the BIOS password.

Please follow the below steps to reset the BIOS password:

1) Please remove the bottom casing of the Notebook.
2) Once you have removed the below casing, you should be able to see a CMOS Battery.
3) The CMOS Battery will be of a size of a coin.
4) Once you have found the CMOS Battery, please remove and re-insert it again.
5) The CMOS Battery will have the information about the Computer Date, time, BIOS Password etc.,
6) Removing and re-inserting the CMOS Battery will reset these settings, which will also remove the BIOS password.

Please perform the above steps and let me know the results.

Ronn, sorry pal, you have lost the file for ever. no one can open the file now. this is one problem with password protection that you endup loosing the data that you worked hard to protect. If you go through the people asking for help on this site, you would notice that atleast 25% are the one who have lost their passwords. There is no way that you can get it.
