Hi,
It could be something to do with the bundled software having a
missing or corrupt TWAIN32 file.. But you can Scan using Windows XP
itself.

Scroll down to the Scanning part, and see if that is of any use to you..

thanxs fore the support i send a letter to this adress so and a mail so whe wait and see but its was helpfull but the problem is not yet solved !!!
