SOURCE: Fridge temp is set on 1 and milk and eggs are still freezing.

This is a common problem and it has to do with the electronic temperature sensor. Check with Sears to see if there is either a recall or a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for your model. They may try to get you to buy a new circuit board, but the solution is actually the temp sensor itself. (www.searspartsdirect.com) will give you the scematic as well as the part number. Just enter your model and press enter.

Gas oven dosen't maintain set temperture

My experience on the direct spark ranges is that the gas valve is usually at fault for this problem. The regulator valve and the burner shutoff solenoids are all built together in one valve assembely. The valve will work properly until it gets hot then it will stick and not open when the oven calls for heat again.
Please post back with the complete model and serial numbers if you need further help in troubleshooting it. There have been many updates and design changes on these ranges.
Thanks/Mike

Frig is about 20 years old been working good. now the refrigrator side is not cooling like it should.ive cleaned the bottom coils and around the compressor area at back. seems to be some ice accumulation...

Hey sounds like thermostat is no longer working (isn't regulating fridge's temperature), you can replace it yourself, all you need if fridge make and model number and order one from an appliance repair shop. Or have them do it. Either way it will probably cost more than the fridge is worth ($50 average for thermostat) to get it fixed...

check the regulator or thermostat for the fridge and set it well.
if it is well set then your compressor is losing compression.
