Forgot the password to my HTC media link wifi. Need to reset it. How do I do that?

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

type *#06# on your phone to get it.

Perform a hard reset by holding the talk and answer buttons and then inserting the stylus in the reset switch hole. This will erase EVERYTHING on the phone, including the lock. Once again, the phone will be like brand new... EVERYTHING WILL BE ERASED.

where it say's forgot password ,enter your email address and your old pass word then got to where it say's type new password type in a new password and then hit the ok button then it will say verified or confirmed your password and that will save all you information

You will need to perform a hard reset on the phone.
Be warned, this will ERASE EVERYTHING. Not just the password. The phone will be like brand new again. EVERYTHING will be gone.
Here is how;

1. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your XV6900.
2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen:
This operation will deleteall your personal data,and reset all settings tothe manufacturer defaultsettings. Press ENTER torestore manufacturerdefaults, or press Camerabutton to cancel.
3. Release the TALK and END buttons, and then press ENTER on your XV6900.
Warning! Your XV6900 will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
