1. While your HTC is on pull the battery out.
2. Replace your battery and turn the device on.
3. Instead of using your stylus to align the screen press your finger right over the X
4. Once the inital set up is complete you can go into settings and realign the screen properly.

I accidentally click on something and my screen alignment for my HTC mobile phone has run significantly... When I tried to align the screen from the setting, it only write that tap firmly and accurately on the target. the target will continue to move until the screen is aligned. Till now, i tried many times but the alignment is still out
