Facial redness.. Can the Presto heat dish cause sunburn type damage to my skin? My face is all red as if I have been in the sun.

If your dermatologist recommended it, I would go ahead and use it. I've used many serums recommended by my dermatologist. The main cause of aging and lines around your face is being in the sun. Also, living a healthy lifestyle contributes to healthy skin. If you stop the serum, just wait to see what the effect is on your face.
