Where can I find a Toshiba 1600ep UPS fatory repair manual?

see the instruction booklet for that - - - or contact eaton directly.

Registered users on the KEB website have access to the manuals which will provide details on programming the inverters.

This unit may still have a factory warranty, what's the first 2 numbers after the letters on the serial number? This will tell you the year of it and if it's 2012 or 2013 then you have a warranty still.

APC / Schneider has kept been pretty difficult to repair from online instructions... especially their bigger UPS units. They offer a course you can pay for... and you can always look for a job with them. Aside from that though... there isn't much floating around.

Make a fatory reset to the set. Refer its user manual for details.

If this doesn't work, start at http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp . Click on Product Support and then DVD & Blu-ray and then DVD Recorders and then the model number in the various drop down menus.

Note this manual is the one for the DR420KU which is the USA version. If you are in another country, try that region's version of the Toshiba support site.

You need to have the software to reset it. Someone who has been to training will have it. I am in Houston 7133032183
