I lost my email on my phone screen

  • What kind of phone do you use?
  • What email program? Built in or an app you downloaded?
  • If it's an app, try downloading it again.
  • If it's built in, try going into your applications folder, touch and hold the email icon and move a copy to your home/desktop screen.
Hope this helps!

How to move applications on a BlackBerry Tour

With its default setup, when you download an application to your BlackBerry Tour, it goes into the Downloads folder. However, this isn't where most users want to keep their applications -- typically they move them to the Applications folder, the Home folder, or a custom folder.

To move an application, highlight its icon with the trackball and press the BlackBerry button (the one with seven dots to the left of the trackball) and select "Move To Folder" from the menu that pops up. A list of all of your folders will appear; select the folder you want to move it to and either press the trackball or the Enter key. The application will disappear from the current folder and it can now be found in the folder you moved it to.

You can also move the application around within that folder, if you want to switch the order of programs. This can be useful for the Home folder if you're using the Zen layout, because the first six programs in the Home folder appear on the main screen. To change the order of applications within a folder, hover over an application you want to move, press the BlackBerry button, and choose "Move." Then go to the position you want to place the folder, and press the trackball.

If you want your downloaded applications to go somewhere else rather than the Downloads folder, you can specify a location by clicking the BlackBerry button when you're in the Home folder and selecting Options. Scroll down to Downloads Folder, press the trackball or Enter, and choose a new folder to save your downloaded applications to. (Be sure to save your change when exiting the Options screen.)

CCTV cnm secure DVR black screen no picture

Security cameras have been hanging at my house for quite a long time and they are of fairly good quality. I can say that I am happy with them, but recently I decided to install smoke detectors and motion sensors at home. After that, I managed to connect these cameras to an application that was installed in order to monitor the smoke and motion sensors. That is, to the application from the Ajax company and this is very convenient because the cameras are completely different from the company. Great thing!

Tablet will not connect to wifi

When you tether with your Android-powered smartphone, you can connect to the Internet on your computer from any location covered by your cellphone service provider's network. Tethering allows your phone to act as a modem for the computer. Tethering applications such as Tether for Android allow you to set up tethering without the need to root your phone. Before tethering, check with your cellphone service provider to determine how much data you are allowed to use without incurring data charges. Excessive use of the Android phone as a modem can cause you to exceed your allotted data.

Search the Android Market on your phone for a tethering application. Applications such as EasyTether and PdaNet are available to download for free. Download the application from the Market. Installation begins immediately after the download. When installation finishes, an icon for the tethering app is placed on the Android's expanded home screen. Open a Web browser on the computer and access the site specified in the tethering application's description in the Market. Download and install the USB drivers needed to tether from the site. When installation is finished, an icon for the tethering application is placed on the computer's desktop. Tap "Settings" on your Android phone, then tap "Applications." Tap "Development" and enable "USB Debugging." When the field turns green, it is enabled. Connect the phone to the computer with its USB cable. Launch the tethering application on the phone. Launch the application on the computer. Click the option to connect to the Internet in the home screen. When the connection is established, confirmation is displayed in the status window.

I recently got a Samsung galaxy 551. I received a voicemail today and I do not know how to listen to it. Please help.

To access your Voicemail please follow these directions. This will get you to your message and provide you easy access to it in the future.

Instructions
  • Start at your home screen, tap the square with four little squares inside,
  • Scroll left or right through the appliactions and find one that says "Voicemail" (it should look like a green talk/speech bubble with a phone in it).
  • Press and hold the icon for Voicemail, drag the icon to the location you want. You can move an application icon to another main menu screen. You can also move most-used applications next to Home. And then press save!*
  • Tap the Voicemail icon and your message will be on the top screen.
Now you should be able to check your Voicemail at any time and know how to place an icon for convenience.

Hope this helped!

How do you delete an app from an iphone

To uninstall an application purchased or otherwise installed from the iPhone AppStore, simply do the following:

1) hold your finger on either the icon for the application you wish to uninstall or any other icon until the icons on your home screen begin to shake or wiggle (the same action you take to move or re-arrange home screen icons)
2) click the "x" in the upper left hand corner of the icon for the application you wish to remove
3) delete the application from your iTunes applications tab

If you want to re-install the application at a later time, simply visit the AppStore and select the application again.

I can be typing and all of the sudden the cursor moves to another location and begins to print at that spot.

You're probably managing to hit the touchpad below the keyboard with the heel of your hand, or you're brushing it with a finger. This can cause the cursor to jump. Many people find it convenient to turn off the touchpad when using a word processing application, and you may want to plug in a regular mouse.
