Jacuzzi 1.6 gal high rise toilet

Takes forever to fill with water when flushed. I've checked hose and water line and they are o.k. I have 2 of these toilets but the other works fantastic. This toilet gets used a lot and is 2 years old. The other toilet is 6 months newer than this one and gets used a lot less.

SOURCE: tank won't fill unless I push down on flush valve inside toilet

Hello there
ok first when the valve inside of the tank is wearing out or is dirty this will happen you can take a washrag and clean the underside of themechanism really good and also the part that it rests on providing that you can get to it

if there are no screws to adjust the water reg valve see if it will turn clockwise to shorten the arm making it turn off or if needed turn it counter clock wise i have had to also slightly bend the arm down in some units to make the water stop after the tank is full so you may want to try that too ok
hope that this helps
best regards michael

SOURCE: I have a Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet (bought Aug. 21,

Have you tried shutting water off and take top of valve appart and flush it out. It may have something in valve causing water to be restricted. It will have an arrow on it to direction to get it to come off.

Take appart and clean rubber disc and you can put something over top of valve , a small cup or something to enable you to flush the tank. Have someone help you and hold the cup above the valve so that when you turn water on for a few bursts to flush out the valve it goes into tank.

The actual stream that flows through valve is restricted down to almost 1/8 " opening so it wouldn't take mush to block the flow of water.

The disc you take out you can replace it, if it seems to be damaged and not working correctly. That will affect the flow also.

Testimonial: "I took the valve apart. It is working like it is supposed to. That sure is a tiny hole for the fill water to shoot through. that is why it is so slow. It still whistles when filling. Tnx Walter Neaves"

Jacuzzi toilet

After flush the system must close the hole which lets water into the toilet. If it does not close after flush, it is continuously letting the water thru. Check if it closes after flush and allows tank to fill.

Jacuzzi toilets installed one year ago - for the first year toilets filled up in a matter of seconds - now both toilets are taking up to 4-5 minutes to fill up the back tank. nothing has changed - why...

sounds like you may have debris in your lines. I was not aware of this until recently but, you should drain your water heater once a year to get rid of sediments that linger and travel through your lines causing possible blockage problems. Try turning your water valve off. Flush toilet so there is no water in the toilet or tank. Unscrew your line to shut off valve to make sure there's no debris. Good Luck!

My jacuzzi toilet doesnt fill with enought water in the bowl to remove waste from porcilin when flushing

Hi, W/D here.
Check the water level in the tank. The force to flush waste comes from there. Normally the fill line is cast into the back of the tank, but sometimes it is on the overflow tube. Raise the level if it is low.
Also, make sure that the tubing from the fill valve is connected to the over flow tube (the tall tube).
Best regards, --W/D--

Water level drops in bowl after it fills

If very little water is used on initial flush, The bowl is functioning as a tank for second thorough flush. The high water level cannot stay high in the bowl while in motion or you would have a mess ion start and stops.
