50" full hd digital LCD tv. shadowing to the right of images, like words.
SOURCE: wondering if 40 inch 1080 LCD element was a good buy?
Not a great brand, generally when out of warranty, you are on your own. No repair except by independant shops if they will even touch it - no manuals or parts that they can get... Considered a disposable set.

I
purchased this same TV, however mine came missing the pedestal stand.
Would you be interested in selling your pedestal if you aren't using it?
Thanks

Hi,
Yes you can - but not with a USB cable. USB is only for data (file) transfer.
What you are attempting to do is use your TV as a PC monitor, therefore it needs to be connected to your TV using a PC monitor cable (15-pin D-SUB/VGA). You will also need a separate audio cable from your PC to your TV if you want to use the TV speakers for audio. If you are using a receiver or amplifier with external speakers, you can connect the audio out from the PC directly to the amplifier/receiver.
It is also possible to connect the PC to the TV with an HDMI cable if your PC has an HDMI out port. However, some TVs wont accept an HDMI signal from a PC and this method of connection can cause other issues, so I would recommend using the PC monitor cable method.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
BElectric

The wall mount is not made to be fit into the base, it is attached to the back the TV, TV uses what they call VESA mounting which had different pattern for each TV. Look at your TV user manual to find out the VESA mounting number.
If you want TV wall mount that can swivel you can try looking here: http://www.mountsdirect.com//index.php?cPath=1_4&osCsid=b3fd26fc27f668e207c3741b09abfe51&gclid=CJrL-5Dx1acCFYrs7QodUiUq9Q

Or Google "swivel wall mount"
I got my from COSTCO.
