No, there isn't. Wish there was. The only place you can get it is from Singer by purchasing a replacement CD from them.

Make sure you're adjusting your tension to the "E" setting. Also be sure you have dropped the feed dog (refer to the user's manual for the setup for embroidery).

Do you still have the embroidery arm attached? If you do, the sewing function of the machine won't work.

It depends where do you want the embroidery to be.
If is on the front part of the cap there are two ways:
One is with sticky stabilize rmaking sure all the parts of the cap are laying flat on the sticky paper.
The second way is with a special cap attachment (sells for around 440) that comes also for the singer futura.

I decided to simply start from the beginning and start all over. I turned off the machine, detached the embroidery unit and blew into the sensor (where the machine and embroidery unit connect). I'm not sure what the problem was, but it was fine after that! Just goes to show that no matter how frustrating things can be, it pays to just take a moment and start over!!

Please give me more info in order to help you. Are you trying to use the embroidery unit? If yes, did you send a design to the machine via your computer?

UR INSTALLATION SHOULD HAVE A USER MANUL ON IT FOR INSTRUCTION. IF NOT VISIT THERE WEB SITE TO SEE IF U CAN DOWNLOAD IT OR GET ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

There is a numbered dial which has numbers and the letter E.  Turn it to E for embroidery.  Thats is the correct tension.
