To get at the fuse, you probably need to pull the oven out and remove the back panel (unplug it first!).

Scratches ceramic stove top

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you have scratches on the ceramic stove top of your Frigidaire rage, model# FEF366. Small scratches do not affect cooking and will become less visible with time. To prevent any further scratches, make sure you do not use any abrasive cleaners. These can scratch your stove top even more. Try not to use cookware with rough bottoms. These can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. Try not sliding any metal or glass across your cooktop. This includes sliding your pans as well. Coarse particles such as salt or sand between cooktop and utensils can cause scratches. Be sure your cooktop surface and bottoms of utensils are clean before usage. I hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

I have a frigidaire ceramic cooktop. It started making a "popping noise" and there was a burned smell, but the stove was not on. I had to turn off the breaker to stop this.

Either there's ashort in the stove top or the wiring going to the appliance. Sorry but I would have to see it to see exactly how to fix the problem. the top needs to be removed and inspect the wiring to it. Test the top with a voltmeter forshorts.

I have a Frigidaire ES330 electric range.The

The problem would be in one of your surface burner switches. You will have to determine which switch is bad. On the back of each switch should be a connection labeled "p". Unplug stove and Remove this "p" wire from any switch. Then plug back in and check to see if light goes out. Repeat this process for each switch until you find the bad one. Before you remove the p wire from each switch, be sure stove is unplugged.
