For some reason, our shark steam mop stop working. Usually after I plug the steam mop, the power light would light up then you would hear & see steam coming out of the mop's head but all of a sudden no power light would go on and no steam would come out. I can still use the mop, cause water from the tank still is able to flow down to the head. It's just that I'd have to use it like an ordinary mop not as the steam mop I liked. Pls help!!!

Don't panic, the heating element is likely OK, however there are two inline fuses to it and one of them is not working anymore. If you are confident in disassembling the unit, it can be easily traced with a voltage meter. However if that is something you are not comfortable with I would suggest getting a professional estimate vs. replacement.

In the tip he describes pulling off the attachment and finding a small hole that comes out of the tank and leads to the hose. From your description, this sounds like what is plugged up. I think once you clear that, steam should flow through fine.
