SOURCE: I have a Titan SCR2

Hi,
Have you tried the reset button???

http://www.fixya.com/support/t2879586-titan_scr2_stopped_working

There is very little help for these...you can also try the number on the unit for service, but I've heard that they are worthless also...

Other then that check for power at the elemenst and see if you are getting power to them but they are not heating... this would indicate a bad heating element...

I have a Titan scr2 n-120 tankless electric water heater. Yesterday it stopped heating water. The green light stays on and both red lights come on when water is flowing. I've tried pressing the reset...

Not sure about modern heaters with lots of lights but inside there is usually a pressure switch that prevents operation if the water pressure falls and a temperature switch that cuts the power if the temperature rises too high - in a single heat unit there are only two wires supplying the heater element and the temperature is controlled by the water flow. It is straightforward to use an ohmmeter to check the element but with a multi-heat unit there is likely to be a switch to contend with and several connections to the heating element.
In this case it is a good idea to draw out the circuit so it makes more sense - if the element tests ok, it is likely one or the other of the safety switches is faulty.

I have a Titan SRC2 N120. the water is not heating.

Appears to be Electric. Check circuit breaker box first. If it is popped you may have a problem with installation. If it pops again
you have a serious electrical problem. Call electrician or installer.
Reset circuit breaker and still no lights or heat. Hopefully you have a warranty. If for some reason it "ran" without water, it has burned out the element. Unusual since there are sensors that verify water is moving.
Hope this helps.

On the left side of the board there is a 10K 5Watt resistor that gets loose from the board because of overheat and it needs to core solder back with soldering iron.

We used to have hot extremely hot water in both bathrooms. One day, the water became warm and ultimately cold in one of the bathrooms. Now, the water is also freezing in the bathroom where the water used...

Your check-valve has most likely failed at the switch.
The flow check valve works by opening when you turn the water tap. When it opens it closes a switch which turns on your heating elements. When this switch fails you will still have water flow, but no heat. Titan has parts for this but you will need to call their service Dept.

Titan SCR2 Stopped working.

I have the Titan SCR2 N-120. You may have a different model. On mine if you are looking at it just a inch below & 1 inch to the left of dead center will be a round black sticker(it has some white lines like at&t's logo). there's a pin hole in the middle of the sticker that you can poke to reset. Or turn the breaker off then take the 2 screws out of the top of the unit. It's just a thin metal cover that you can pull back & look inside. You'll see a red circular button thats the reset button. It's right behind where the hole I was talking about & what gets pushed in. you'll also be able to see if anything burned out & can get replacement parts at titanheater.com . One of my heater elements had burn/ melted & I've ordered a replacement. It was $17 + $11 s&h but still cheaper than $200 new unit from e b a y. Best of Luck
