I just bought a new emerson tv at walmart its a 32in lcd model number blc320em9 i cant find any codes that work
Code for emerson plasma hdtv is 10812. for direct tv remote.
I went throught the entire code search as described by direct tv. after about 8 to 10 minutes my emerson tv/vcr combo went off. i hit select and it was done. I then went through same instructions, hold mute and sellect till light flashes twice hit 9-9-0 then (1) (2) (3) (4) (5). count the flashes after each digit is pressed. My code for my emerson model #EWC1902 is 11904. hope this helps everyone. Good luck.
Look in the emerson user manual for the various codes used by emerson products. failing that, you may need to contact direct tv for the latest code numbers.

Yeah I have the same problem, tried EVERY code for Emerson tv's on direct tv's website. Perhaps they will have a new code for it?

I went through 5 different so called universal remotes and none work. I am begining to wonder if Emerson and walmart have done this on purpose! If some one can help resolve this I would so greatfull
Did all the same codes on their system and tried all those numbers onhttp://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/codes-tv.... for emerson tv adding a 1 to the digits and still nothing. will cal direct tv
use a sylvania code, is the same brand inside.
