not a real car moved to toys (train engine)

Check the electrical pick-ups first. Be sure they are clean and bright. Don't use sandpaper or steel wool for cleaning! An ink eraser or rubber track cleaning block (large ink eraser) is best.

no there is not. there is a fuse, relay and resistor that could cause it to stop running

Best best is to send it back to the parts & service department, they will either repair it or replace it. It should have a lifetime warrantyif you are the original owne If not under warranty, I believe the charge is $35.00 for repair/replacement.But check with parts & service.

bachman keyboard ws1 station..power goes on, but no sound

Sounds like the wheels may be dirty on the one . Have you tried cleaning them? The noisey one may need a little grease on the gears. The one that does not move but lights up, not sure. Have you tried to take the body off and see if a wire is disconnected?
Try going on line and look for a group on Yahoo Groups for N-scale. They will probably be more helpful and you will get more information about N scale trains. Good luck!
