Entering new codes using remote control

this box updates automatically. virgin have found a way to cut the signal off. you can press menu then numbers 1570 and go onto nagravision menu and it will tell you how to enter the code.
if you can't get this menu then you havent got the right firmware in the box. hope this helps.

U must follow exact what the instructions say.
Ucan't skip the numbers,it the digital ID codes.

From the main start up menu press 1570 if that's what U mean !!!

I'll tel U what I wrote a solution as to how to get the channels back which I'll paste for ya & hopefully this'll some how help ;o)
