My Gemini XL 500 II Turntable wont spin, how do i fix it?

Direct drive turntables have electronically controlled speed. If the records you are playing are warped (not flat) that will cause wow & flutter. If that's not the problem then you might try connecting the turntable to a different power outlet using a long extension cord. Failing that, the turntable needs repair.

Look at the cartridge make and model number fitted. Put that into Google and the type of stylus needed will show up.

red n white phono leads from deck 1 to channel1phono ports on mixer
red n white phono leads from deck2 to channel2 phono ports on mixer

try replacing the drive belt with brand new one and see if this improves the situation

on top of the pitch control there is a small hole, in this hole you can use a small screw driver  and turn it left and right to free any dirt inside this is the master pitch control

OK found the solution - need to connect to preamp before my comp.
