this is not a complete question there is little information in which to help answer this post instructions for what exactly? which make and model of a weather forecaster and stations? when searching on the internet find the make and model and enter it with the words user manual it will mostly find what you are searching for and if you want a free one type in the word free as well for instance "Vizio LED HDTV E390-A1 39 user manual free" it will give you a bunch of choices.. avoid the ones with Ads or the first few on the top of the list..I hope this helps

To change the time, press the time button. When it goes to 2000, you will see the date flashing. Adjust using up and down buttons. Then press the time button again. You can then use the up and down buttons to adjust the time. Finally, to toggle between F and C, use the up button by itself. To adjust between 24 and 12 hour clocks, press the down button.
