I have a Mitsubishi WT-42313 (42" projection tv) with a convergence issue. I have replaced the 2 IC chips (STK394-250), checked the 3.9 ohm resistors with an ohm meter, and checked the pico fuses. So far my issue has not improved. When I checked the resistors, I did remove them from the board for accuracy, but I did not remove the pico fuses to check continuity. Do I need to remove the pico fuses, or is there another direction that I need to take? Thanks in advance, Gregg
First is consider what the issue is: nothing moves convergence wise or only one color etc.
Also follow if needed the voltages from the pico fuses involved---one will be a negative voltage and the other a positive one--follow them from the diodes for each voltage to the chips---"Got Voltages?"
Testimonial: "I did figure out the issue and convergence issue is fixed now. Even though I checked 3 times, I still ended up finding a broken solder joint at one of the connectors on the main board. Thank you for your help. The one problem that I am having now is that I am unable to access all of the adjustment menus. I do have the original remote (set to TV) and I know it works because I can make all of the convergence adjustments using the video, adjust, and audio buttons. I just can't access all of the 0-3-5-5-7 menus."

U check all the resistors with the Ohm Meter?All the resistors u check it in tolerance?Resolders all the resistors,so it make good resistance for the ICS?U do all these steps,u still have problems,Ur ICS some how it shorted it dead,again.
One or more fuse devices open==caused by convergence IC
shorted. Solution==replace fuse(s) and STK I.C.(s).
