Look for where the condensation drains, it could be stopped up. If it drains into a pan, check it for mold & mildew. Even if it is a wet type to cool the compressor, drainage still needs to happen. Some times it can get moldy if the water sits.

Hi sanctumpeopl,
I see you mentioned that on your PAC 120E that it stopped making cold air, but the compressor does not kick in anymore.
Was the machine transported or relocated and was is transported on its side or upside down? if it was you will need to wait 24 hours before turning the machine ON again this is recommended since the oil needs to at least settle in the compressor for proper function, if the Machine unit was turned on several time the unit may have experienced issues with the compressor and may break down. Leave it turned OFF for 24 hours and see if it will run properly again, if it does that is good but if it works only for a couple of hours or maybe an hour then if it does not cool then the compressor has broken down and may need servicing or replacing.
If that is the issue you can contact Delonghi for Locations where the unit can be repaired 1-866-528-8323 U.S. for other countries go to the Delonghi.com and click contact us at the bottom left or choose your country first to be a able to get the correct contact number.
Thank you for choosing Fixya,
