I have completely charged this Samsung MP3 player on my PC-the screen said "completely charged" but now I can't even turn it on!
On the bottom of the mp3 player there is a very little button that u need a needle to push its the reset button sometimes these mp3 freeze and u must push the reset button it u dont loose any music or saved files anything like that it just basically turns the mp3 player off for u so that u can then turn it on using the play and pause button on the side of the mp3 player if this doesnt work the i guess tuff nooges

Mine won't turn on either! Today I plugged it into my computer to charge...and now after charging for hours...it won't turn on!
Even though I charged it for HOURS...after I took it away from my computer, it won't turn on at all!
what does it mean when mines stuck on the mtp connected lightly in the background but will not turn on at all
