Sony KV-32XBR96S Wont power on,Just makes clicking sound

My problem is with the Sony kv-32xbr96s.When I turn on the tv,either with the remote or power button,all the tv will do is click real fast and eventually gets slower and finally the tv will start to come on and off but with a loud snow white screen,unti it finally stays on with a picture.Occaisionally it will do this throughout the day.I dont know what else to do.Is this worth fixing? Thanks
