From what I can tell, since there is not much information on this unit due to its size, the front part should unsnap and pull outwards and up.

On Mine I have a small spout on the back of the unit near the very bottom. There is a rubber stop that you pull out. BUT make sure the unit is outside or like I did...rolled the unit to my top stair then placed a large pan on the first step down to catch the water.

My dehumidifier bucket fills and wont drain thru the drain hose

* Brand and model# needed for specific instructions.
*** following is for the Kenmore dehumidifier ***
* Check your warranty and call for service.
*** The following is for information only ***
* I had one of these dehumidifier. I've used both the drain bucket by itself and well as the hose attachment.
* the bucket has a hose cap at the bottom to allow a typical garden hose to be attached. Remove the cap and attach the hose.
* If you want to use just the bucket then you will need to remove the garden hose and re-cap the bucket. Otherwise the water will just drain on the floor. You can find a replacement cap at any hardware or garden shop.
* There is a sensor switch under the drain bucket. This senses if there is a bucket present and it will turn off the unit once it's full of water.
*** The bucket must be present for this dehumidifier to work ***
* You must place the bucket in the right position for the unit to come on. The attached hose must move freely up and down to prevent the bucket from being weighed down and turning off the unit as it thinks the bucket is full. Lifting the hose a bit up and down will give you an idea if it's too heavy.
* Final; there is an adjustment knob in the front to determine how dry the air you want. I've used this unit to dry out wet carpets in a room so it's set at max and usually takes about 1-2 days to dry out a room (in Hawaii with 60% humidity). You will need to set this up and adjust it for your purpose.

Why would the system keep running, all the time, filling up bucket, then leaking onto floor? What is my next step?

There is supposed to be an auto-shutoff float in the bucket to prevent overfilling of the bucket. You have either removed it or it is defective. The fact that it runs constantly has more to do with the humidity and the setting that you have the unit set to, Obviously there is adequate humidity in the space or the bucket would not fill. You need to look for, find, and repair the shut-off float, or, if possible, some units allow you to connect a drain hose either to the bucket or directly to the unit to drain the water to a drain. If you choose this option, remember that the hose must remain lower than the top of the bucket or it will not drain properly and the bucket will still overflow.

How to make unit drain through hose, instead of filling bucket?

Assuming you have a hose connected to the bucket for drainage, it is necessary that the end of the hose be lower than the top level of the bucket or the bucket will fill before the hose drains. I see many people who have their units on the floor and run a hose up into a sink and wonder why the bucket fills. Gravity works.....if you cannot find a lower place to drain the water then you must raise the unit up on a table or stand of some sort to get the bucket higher than the drain.

Have model 043-6121-4 connected with a garden hose yet the bucket continues to fill.

Where are you running the hose to drain it? If the end of the hose is higher than the top of the bucket, then the bucket will fill and overflow. The drain hose must drain out into some place that is at least lower than the top of the bucket. That way the bucket won't overflow. Basic physics.

Draining water from the machine

A make and model would sure be nice. Generically, take the drain hose and put it down by your floor drain. It should start to drain through gravity. If you don't have a floor drain, get a bucket and drain it into the bucket. There will be more water than one bucket so be prepared to do it a number of times. A make and model number will get you more help as to how to fix the problem.

Will not drain out of the hose i have to keep emptying the pan i thought it was suppose to drain out of the hose to keep running

If the hose is connected to the tap on the drain pan/bucket, did you knock out the center of the hose connection on the bucket? If you didn't that's the problem. If that's not where your hose connection is located, do not put the bucket back in. It triggers the unit to fill the bucket and not use the hose drain. Keep in mind the hose must remain lower than the connection on the dehumidifier to drain properly.

My GSD4020Z07BB dishwasher isn't draining out the water at the end of the cycle. This problem started all of a sudden as the unit was working properly before.

Check the drain located in the bottom of the dishwasher by removing the tray. It may be a clog. If there is no clog you can remove the drain hose from under the sink, get a bucket hold the hose in the bucket and try to drain it into the bucket. If it drains in the bucket the clog is in the sink drain, if not it can be a clog in the hose. If none of that works it could be the pump on the dishwasher. Good luck.

Why does the ice bucket not drain into the hot tub!

Ice buckets don't normally drain into the hot tub water. They should drain externally. The drain pipe will go through the cabinet and exit the bottom close to the floor.... or at least that's how all the ice buckets I've encountered drain.

Ian.
