IT SHUTS DOWN AFTER 25 OR 30 MIN WHY
1) LUbe the deck belt, the lack of lube produce Shut down, by enough friction between deck vs deck belt
2) Lube the rollers bearing very well
3) Measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
4) Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are Not the board is faulty.
5) Run the software calibration, for diagnose, and troubleshooting.
God bless you
There are many reasons why a treadmill stops working after 30 minutes. As treadmill is a machine so it could malfunction at any time. But for most machines, it is a safety feature.
It could be a problem due to the treadmill walking belt or engine. There is a point when friction gets too high. The possible reasons why the machine stops working all of a sudden after a particular time period are as follows:
Power Source
Overheated treadmills
Worn-out belts
Error codes
If the treadmill turns off and on itself quickly, you should check the power outlet first before blaming the treadmill.
If the treadmill is at high speed then too much friction causes the belt to heat up. So, as a safety measure it automatically stops. To avoid this fuss, lubricate the belt from time to time.

With worn-out belts, the console turns on but the belt isn't able to run. The only solution is to replace the belt. Error codes on treadmill could be software or hardware problems that ain't easy to fix, so you have to call customer service.

The walkbelt is either worn out or has a lack of lubrication between the walkbelt and deck. Either condition causes too much friction between the belt and deck causing the motor to overheat. Do not use silicone or unapproved lubricants as they will deteriorate the walkbelt.

If you have not ever lubricated the running deck then I suggest doing so . What happens is that the lack of lubrication will tend to make the belt drag or stop . The lower board will register a excessive current thus shutting down. If the lubrication does work then you may need to replace the running belt and flip the deck if this process has never done.

You may have a beltand deck problem. Test by the following procedure:
without the poweron stand on the walking belt, push the belt in the, direction it normally turns. If the belt is very difficult to turn (on most treadmill this means that you have high belt/deck friction I first apply silicone lubricant between the belt & deck to see if that clears up the problem. Most problems originate from the belt and deck 75 to 85% of the time
