Hi the problem might be in the charger pin or in the mobile charger pin if u have problem in any of the charger pin or in the mobile pin which is used for charging the mobile.

It's quite simple. If u have the usb data cable of ur mobile phone, then just connect to ur computer; it will turn on automatically. Thanks.

Hi mate i had same problem this morning, i was gutted cos i got mine off ebay, so have no guarantee, however i went to se site and updated the softwear, even that there was no update, it re-installed the softwear and wala its working fine, am i ha happy bunny. Hope it works for you? Meurig

same thing happened to me
you must update your software with latest sony drivers for w995
go to sony ericcson update service

i literally just fixed mine myself.
if your battery is completely dead (like mine was) unplug the battery, put it back in. put the USB cable into the computer, hold "C" on the handset, plug the charge cable into the phone (keep holding "C") the keypad lights should come on, let go and leave to charge. when thats done, download this http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/c510?cc=gb&lc=en and follow the steps to update your phones software. i hope it's not too late, you've probably got a new phone by now.
