Do you realize that this watch has a screw down crown to keep it waterproof?
Hold it in and turn it clockwise to lock it down.

If you have Alarms on, you will see a small bar above the Alarm numbers (1 to 5).
Press the Mode button to get to Alarm mode. You will see Bell AL on the top. Use Reverse/Forward to switch to the Alarm you want to turn off. The Alarm number will increase/decrease on the right of the time.
Use the 12/24Hr button to cycle through the Alarm options.
When the Alarm bar is blank, the alarm s/b off.

press mode until you reach the alarm mode then press and hold set button until the digit blinks. note: the one that blinks can be adjusted, the 24 hr/fwd is to add, the alarm on/ rev is to minus. if your done press set button to finish. i hope this will help you.

Try pressing the "mode" button until you reach the alarm settings and use the button at 2 or 4 O'clock to turn the alarm off.

Go in alarm mode by pressing the mode button once twice...depending on the modes you have and then press one of the remaining buttons, usually top right button on most edifices. this toggles between alarm on and off. this shall do....

go to alarm mode and choose the alarm (1-5) using the "forward" and "reverse" buttons, then hold the bottom right button down to toggle it on or off

go to mode menu scroll it and find the alarm mode ,when you see in a display a bell it will alarm every hour but if take the bell display it will not alarm every hour..
