Window sercurity say's there's no anti-virus running.

If you are positive you have any anti virus installed, you can disable the notification.

Click Start, then go to Control Panel. In Control Panel, open Security Center.

On the left hand side of the window, click " Change the way security center alerts me"

Uncheck Virus Protection and click OK.

How do i turn off Kaspersky lab to install 2009 security?

Windows Security center is not really useful, and is known to have issues sometimes detecting anti-viruses. Kaspersky suggests that you disable notifications.

To do this,

1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Security Center.

3. In the Security Center, under Resources, click Change the way Security Center alerts me.

4. In the Alert Settings dialog box, clear the Virus Protection check box, and then click OK. Thanks for using fixya....

Can't get rid of McAfee popup

Start->Setting->Control Panel->Add/Remove Software
and un-install McAfee software
There should be two or three McAfee related software. After the un-install the software, the popup will be gone!

By the way, it is always safer to have an active Anti Virus protection.

Win web security

Go here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and download the Malware Byttes Anti-Malware Trial Application. That removes all of those Fake Virus Alerts. Just make sure you delete all system restore points aswell when the malware is removed, as otherwise it will just creep back in on the system.

I keep getting a security alert that says I have 4 virus

That security alert is most likely one of the false positives that are running around the internet.
They tell you that you have a virus and then want you to pay them to get rid of it where in actual fact the only virus you have is them.
Try downloading, installing and running "malwarebytes" I have used this application many times to rid machines of the nonsense you are seeing.
