Go to manufacture of camera see if your camera listed there and download driver if no go back to store with eeverything including receipt and get a different one make sure it has cd...thank you

I suggest you first to uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers from the disc provided to you with this camera and also uninstall and reinstall skype.This should fix the issue.
The entire installation cd here: http://d01.megashares.com/index.php?d01=6b830bb. It‘s an image file that you‘ll have to burn to a cd. You can use a program like Nero, Imgburn, Roxio, or any other program that deals with iso images. Burn the cd, install the driver, and then start using your webcam!
