Dear sir or madam, I've an industrial display unit(TOSHIBA) which it's CRT is out of order and should be replaced by the new one.the matter is that I couldn't find the particular crt which I'm looking for it. I'll be appreciated by your prompt reply.

If the unit has some age on it - which it probably does since its a CRT - Toshiba is not going to be of any use to you - obsolete - not their cup of tea. Try theses guys http://www.questinc.com/crts/crt-replacement.html - they have been able to suplly us with CRT's in the past.

Why would you be looking for a new CRT? Replacement costs dictate a new diplay unit unless the failed CRT is part of a much larger display unit. Call Toshiba. They would know if the CRT is even available.
