Hi, this is a common situation that can be fixed yourself. There is a small dome shaped screen in the threaded inlet that the hose couples to. This screen gets clogged up with sediment from the water over time and needs to be rinsed out or replaced,if damaged. They can be purchased at the Hardware Store. If you can't dislodge it with your finger,bend the tip of a straight pin or needle,hold it with pliers and snag the screen,give a little pull. Put the screen back in,making sure it is seated straight.

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hope this
