Manual can i down load operating manual?

go google and down load the user manual for the operating system you have installed
as the computer operation is dependant on the operating system installed that is what you will need
The down load can be up to 500 pages long or you can by the windows for dumies version that you are using

we tell you were on the net you have to go and then you down load from that site
