i have the same problem, call up three and tell them you wana unlock the phone and theyll give you the code for free now except i cant get the code because the phone wasn't originally mine and it's under some one elses name so they wont give me the code but good luck! =]

Before going to the procedures i would like to warn you that DO NOT ENTER WRONG / GUESSED CODES TO UNLOCK THE PHONE. If you do so your mobile might be in total hardware lock and the phone will be of no use.
Procedures: -
- Remove the sim card from your mobile
- Switch On the mobile
- Ignore the warning message
- Type #pw+CODE+1# (in some country 7# instead of 1# is used)
- A message will pop up showing 'Sim Restriction Off' Or 'Sim Restriction Removed"
