You don't need to do anything special.
Quoting from Daco.com FAQ
"In our ovens, the cooling and convection fans do not turn off when the
oven door opens. The lights also do not turn on. There is no timed
shutoff on our ovens, either, meaning that once they are turned on,
they will stay on until you manually turn them off. Both of these would
be considered violations. Our ovens do not have a special Sabbath
button because our ovens already adhere to the laws. When the oven door
is opened, there are no changes to the control panel, which would also
be a violation. It is best to wait for the small "On" light with the
circle around it to go on before opening the oven door, though. This
light indicates that the element has gone on, as the oven cycles on and
off to maintain the selected temperature. Opening the oven door without
this light going on may trigger the element to go on, which can be a
violation."

You probably tripped a safety thermostat in the back of each oven. If you turn off the breaker and find a way to pull the units out you could probably remove the rear panel and reset the thermostat by pushing in a button on the back of the open thermo. Some thermo's aren't resettable though so you'd have to buy a replacement.
SOURCE: dacor single oven flashes an F2 error code and won't stop beeping!!!
This is from manufacture service manual:
-F2- Alarm Heating Mode High Temperature
Is activated when the ERC senses a runaway heat condition or when the temperature exceeds
“runaway limits”. The ERC will beep until the cancel or another function is selected. If the alarm
repeats the F2 alarm check the oven sensor and wiring after fi rst checking for a stuck relay. If alarm
goes away verify the oven will complete a clean cycle without any type of failure.
Another words the problem with oven sensor or relay board.

Hi. I recommend Checking the sensor wiring harness and harness connection between the oven sensor and oven control. Replace the oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.
