Quite often now two red intermittently flashing lights showing there is a problem when the wash doesnt want to go through the spin cycle
The most common problem that I have come across is that the pump outlet is blocked or the pump is jammed.
You should have instructions on pump clearing but if not, there should be a hatch in the front of the machine at floor level. Open this and there should be a small hose with a tap that allows you to empty the water. When all the water has gone (be patient - it is a small pipe) unscrew the stopper and shine a torch down the pipe.
If there is any obstruction, remove it with something long enough to reach the pump blade and check that the pump rotates.
Re-assmble plug and replace cover.

I have had the same problem. If you switch the machine to off and then to cotton/linen 95, then press at the same time prewash, soaking, qick wash and stain buttons for 10 seconds switch it off. When I switched it on it worked.

Hi Same problem but easy to fix.
Remove back cover of machine. Look to the lower end of the bowl and you will notice a stainless steel wire with hook attached. If this is hanging loose that will be your problem. Reattach the hook to the grey coloured lever , it has a hole drilled through it at the extremity. The wire pulls on this lever to disengage the drum brake during the spin cycle.
