I can't find the reset button on my life fitness T7-0.
The treadmill is brand new and has not yet been used. I can go through the workout choices but then at the end it stays on please wait and is stuck. In the troubleshooting manual it says to press the reset switch which is under the right motor pan but I can't find it. Manual says that it is stuck in incline? But it's never been used. Thanks!

Unplug the treadmill. Locate the console key and place the
safety or reset key into the treadmill console. Replace any parts that
need replacing, or move on to the next step.

Locate the reset switch on the underside of the treadmill
console. Usually the button is large enough to trigger with a pencil
eraser or Q-tip. Plug the treadmill plug back into the wall. Use the
Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset
button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the
treadmill.

Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21"
should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will
change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the
numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time.
The letter E should appear on the display screen.

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on
the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to
keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The
treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own
after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times.
Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Your treadmill is reset.

The Proform 795SL treadmill sells for under $1000 and is often a top pick among consumers and fitness experts. The LX 660 sells for under $600 and has plenty of features for a budget treadmill. Like many of the budget treadmills, Proforms often have a less than stellar warranty, typically 90 days.
4) NordicTrack

I have seen this a couple of times. The incline motor probably has a gear problem. Remove hood and find the plug for the incline motor, disconnect and then reset treadmill. treadmill should work but will not incline until incline motor is repaired or replaced. Good luck.
This error shows up if motor controller detects a failed part. This isn’t a reset-able error. Treadmill will not allow workouts until serviced. Solution Main motor wires/leads could be disconnected at the start of a workout. If the motor is properly connected and in working condition then the drive transistor could have failed. Check Motor Controller.
