Check the fuses, there is one (fu1) behind the transformer and 2 under the transformer board (fu3, fu4)

I want to connect my mp3 player to my eclipse 5443 cd receiver in my car.

If there no suitable audio inputs at the back of the CD reciever then you can use an audio FM transmitter that plugs into the cigarette lighter, then connect your MP3 player into the FM adapter and tune your FM radio the the FM transmitter's frequency to listen to the music on your MP3 player.

I have a kenwood stereo for 2000 saab 9-5. the tuner works but whenever i change it to cd you can no longer hear any music. it must be the wiring but i dont know which color wire is connected for the cd...

It sounds you are using an amplifier and using the blue wire (power antenna remote turn on) instead of the blue/white wire (amplifier remote turn on). Try hooking up the blue/white wire to turn your amp on. When leaving tuner mode, the blue wire shuts off, turning off the amplifier.

Remote sensor is not working I assume, i have been unable to get any universal remote to work so I am thinking it is the actural sensor in the reciever. My receiver is not on the list. I inherited an...

I doubt that its the sensor. you can check at radio shack for a replacement remote. I have yet to see a universal remote that controls receivers. they would have to order it if available. use the catalog # on the back of the receiver (31-XXXX) or let me know the # and I can check into it for you. is it an stav3560 or 3250?

Hi, Normally, your JVC Car Stereo will not allow direct connection to an Apple iPod. However, there are several aftermarket interface adaptor that will allow you to do so: 1. Connect the iPod to a JVC KS-PD100 which in turn is connected to the CD changer jack of the KD-G720 (rear of the unit). Set the stereo to CD changer external input setting and you're ready to go; 2. Connect the iPod to an FM Transmitter such as the Griffin iTrip (w/ Dock connector) which in turn will broadcast the IPod music as an FM signal. Operating the KD-G720 on FM radio setting will receive the IPod's broadcast music. Hope this be of some help to you. Pls post again how things turn up. Good luck and kind regards.
