Dell inspiron 1501 wonnect wireless network?

I bought my laptop just over a year ago. It has previously been connecting fine to the internet wireless. All of sudden it will only connect using ethernet cable. Sky broadband did troubleshooting with me for 45 minutes and said that dell need to configure my computer? I dont know what this means. Can you help me please?

I believe something may have changed in your wireless router. You will probably need to click the wireless icon in the lower-left tray, and choose View Wireless Networks, find your router in the list of networks, and reconnect to it.

Dell Inspiron 1525 not connecting wirelessly to Sky broadband

If your wireless router is configured with SSID, encryption, MAC address filtering (if enabled) etc. then the Dell wireless card needs to be configured with these settings to allow it to communicate with the wireless router.
Check the settings on your PC's wireless settings, and configure the Dell the same way.
