Sounds like a heating element. Same thing happend to my oven. You can find them around 50-60 dollars. Veryy easy to install, just remove a couple of screws and remove old element and put in new one. Make sure you shut off power to oven firstg of course.

SOURCE: My GE Oven heating element and timer clock went

Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.

Maytag precision touch control 500

Either both bake and broil elements are burnt out (highly unlikely) or your control / clock may be bad. Also check to be sure you have 220v going to unit.

Hi Brian, thank you for your post!

Sounds like the either both bake and broiler element may be faulty or a potential wiring failure to the elements. You may want to connect with a local servicer who will be best equipped to pinpoint the problem. If you don't know a qualified technician, you can use the service locator option on the manufacturer site to find one near you.

Oven will not heat. all the burners on top work fine. what could be wrong?

Usual faults in this order are:
Faulty oven element - check element for holes, blow marks etc;
Burnt off wiring at the oven element terminals - check terminals;
If the oven indicator lights when the oven is turned on it should be the above. If it does not refer below;
Electronic clock set to auto. mode instead of manual mode.

Frigidaire Oven - lights are on but no heat from oven or burners

You must check your incoming power for 220 volts. You have lost one leg of your power. Either a bad breaker or bad wall outlet or bad range cord.
