Snapper mower 331416kue won't start

Hello,

You can try buy a new spark plug and replace it with the old one.
I had the same problem!
You just have to keep pulling until it catches!
Or maybe it's the carburetor that needs to be replaced!
I had the same problem wih my scooter.
I just changed the carburetor and it worked fine :)

My MTD Yard machines riding mower won't start.

Probably dead gas from sitting too long. Dump it out & put in fresh gas.Could have moisture in it. Pull out spark plug & crank it over several times after putting gas & let it sit a while to dry out or blow it out with compressed air. It should go.

Starter rope on walk behind mower is hard to pull so mower won't start

Pull the spark plug out and give it a pull. It should pull VERY easily. You could have a vapor lock inside the cylinder and this will clear it. If it still doesn't pull easily with the plug removed then you've probably either bent the crank shaft or seized the engine, due to a lack of oil in it. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
