Hey russmann i have a HL-R5667W and i have the same problem but when i unplug the tv and then plug it back in the tv works perfectly fine on all sources....is that the same type of repair or is it the power module? when the green screen is on the hdmi in put is perfect.
From past experience only two things can cause this. First is the cable going from the digital board to the DMD board. Make sure you disconnect the power, and use caution disconnecting the plug or tightening it, not to strip the plastic tension screws. Don't use power screwdriver for loosening or tightening this DVI type cable. Second is the digital board itself that can cause green interference lines in picture. For this, you may consider sending the module, which is the large shielded box where the cable screws on to back of set, out for service or rebuild. Reason being it is cheaper than buying replacement digital board. If it is the board itself, start by running a search on it by part number to see who has one. As I recall, the part number should be BP94-02084A, on your model. Good luck, Russmann.

Our screen has the picture in the background and green vertical lines about one inch rotating on the screen. The repair shop just told us it will be about $1000 to fix. Apparently they need to get a new digital circuit board and an analog circuit board. Our set is less than 3 years old!!!
I noticed that my uverse connected on one of the component connections was the only thing i could watch and the picture was perfect. my dvd player, playstation and wii had the green lines on the screen.Tryed switching connections and still the uverse was the only thing visible. now the LAMP indicator is on, so there is no image at all. Is it worth it to change the lamp,,or is the tv pretty much done unless that board is replaced??? by the way my set is also 3 years old and i paid $2k for it and my extended warranty is done.
