The time zone has changed and i do not have the manual showing how to set it correctly.
The manual is available at: http://downloads.thesource.ca/631/6312026/Manuals/manual.pdf
To set the time zone press the MODE button once so that the day of week is displayed to the right of the time. Select the time zone by pressing and holding the UP button for 3 seconds.

I just pressed and held for about 3 to 5 seconds the button with the +/- on the bottom of the clock and until it showed the part of the US that I was in.

The electrolytic cap responsible for hold the information locked in the eprom has most likely failed or is reading so high an equivelent series resistance as to be useless. That, and probably several others need to be changed out. Radial caps in a circuit, commonly referred to as lytics, act like a battery storing up electricity and dispensing it at a proper rate in their given circuit. After time the oil like fluid in them begins to deteriorate and the lytic breaks down becoming less able to function. Some simply open and this circuit collapses. But others, like the problem you have here, slowly die off and are not able to dispense voltage at a rate necessary to keep the charge across the gate of the IC storing the info you just programmed into it.. So, in laymen's terms it needs to go to the shop and have a few caps tested... Not an expensive proposition so I'd clearly recommend having it repaired. To do this yourself you would need at a minumum an ESR meter, which is more expensive than the repair will cost you... Hope this helps. Bill

The clock sets itself, I have never touched mine, it just works, and unless you are sitting on a time zone, it should work. There is a set button in the back , I have never messed with it, It has an alarm on it too. Hope this helps.
Testimonial: "Great, simple instruction. Thanks..it works !!!!!"

I have the same clock and had the same problem. My clock was a demo and had no instructions with it. Here is the solution:
1. Pull out the battery and wait 10 seconds then replace the battery. The satellite symbol should start flashing after a few seconds.
2. Put the clock outside or in a window sill till it updates. This could take a couple of minutes.
3. Press the Mode button once to enter programming mode.
4. Press the Adjust button as many times as needed to toggle through the time zones.
5. Press the Mode button once to exit programming mode.
